- Adults with a BMI of 25 kg/m² or above who also have a weight-related health condition.
- For people from Black, Asian, Chinese, Middle Eastern or other higher-risk ethnic backgrounds, lower BMI thresholds may apply. Treatment may be suitable from a BMI of 25 kg/m², or from 23 kg/m² if you also have a weight-related health condition.
